Refund and Return Policy

At Pure Scents, your satisfaction means everything to us. We promise to handle every concern with fairness, transparency, and respect — whether it’s a damaged item, a missing product, or simply a question about your order.
1. Before Opening – Important
To ensure fairness for both sides:
- Record a single, continuous short unboxing video showing the flyer , shipping label, the condition of the box, and the product inside before use.
- This helps us verify any damage, leakage, or wrong item claims as they occurred before use.
- Without this video, we may not be able to process refund or replacement requests.
2. When You Can Return
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The perfume is only used up to 10% (at least 90% of the bottle remains).
- The original perfume packaging (Box and Bag) are not damaged in any way. If packaging is damaged, packaging charges Rs.300 will be deducted. (There will be no charges deducted for flyer and outer box).
- The product was purchased directly from our official website only.
3. When Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Perfumes used more than 10%
- Samples, testers, or complimentary gifts
- Discounted, clearance, or final sale items
- Purchases made through unauthorized sources such as resellers, marketplaces, or social media groups
- Products that show signs of tampering, refilling or improper storage
- Customers who submit more than 3 abusive or repeated return requests may be restricted from future returns
4. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and unboxing video as proof.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.
- Buyer will not pay delivery charges for verified damaged or wrong items.
5. Refunds & Return Processing
- Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- In case of change of mind return delivery charges will not be refund.
- For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and must use a trusted courier. Pure Scents is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit
- Faulty or damaged products will receive a full refund, including delivery charges.
- We’ll keep you updated via WhatsApp or email once your return has been received and your refund is being processed.
6. Fair Use Policy
To maintain a fair and efficient process, repeated or abusive return requests may result in future returns being declined.
